On October 30, 2022, Serein, a well-known vegan and cruelty-free brand, held a grand event to introduce its newest luxury line, “House of Serein.” The brand displayed a variety of categories, including makeup, clothing, and leather handbags, through various booths.
The startup that provides sustainable, vegan, and cruelty-free fashion makes all of its apparel and handbags from plant-based leather and recyclable materials. Serein was founded on April 18, 2021 as a subsidiary of Mundhra International under the banner of Mundhra Logistics. The name Serene is derived from the French word Serene, and the brand lives up to its name by combining nature’s peace with aesthetics and ethics. They provide products that meet all of people’s luxury needs while also being environmentally conscious. They are now poised to make a new mark in the world of fashion with the launch of ‘House of Serein.’
Sharing their perspective towards sustainable fashion, Founder of Serein, Muskan Mundhra, stated, “Development that is sustainable is one that satisfies the demands of the present without jeopardising the capacity of future generations to satisfy their own needs. In the end, sustainability is about making wise choices now that enable a bright future. We are not operating in a way that supports a bright future in our existing society. The research indicates that we must act quickly to avert an impending climate calamity. All global life systems have already been touched by climate change. These effects have widespread negative effects on humans as well as on natural systems, such as food shortages and a lack of access to clean water. The good news is that if we can adapt and make changes, their effects can be diminished. A sustainable future is required to bring about those improvements.”
Each part was organised in a manner that accurately displays its genuine nature and designs.
